Immediately prior to the start of the construction operations ad�acent to the Railw�yts right-of-way, the City wi.11 t�ce elevations at the tops of both ends of the piers and abutments of Bridge �Jo. 6599 and on the top of each rail of the ftailway's track for a distance of 600 feet in each direction from the ;�intersection of the track and the center line of Bridge No. 6599• At the time . that elevations are taken, the al i�ent of the existang cenl:er oP the track will also be surveyed and recorded for the sarse distance. The notes, showing the elevations and alignment, will be submi.tted to the Ra,ilway to be used to determine the amount of settlement in Bridge No. 6599 or the track and to deter- mine Fzny chan�e in a1.i.�;nrnent of the track that mi�ht occur as a result of the Project. The City will Ue responsible for a two-year extraordinary maintenance � .. 7 _ � per3od to provide ar�y future track surfa,cing and ali�ni.ng that may become necessary as a result of the Project.
