T�T?lEEEe15, the above named Agency, a public organization, desires to
� "' � participate in the T.C.F�. Urban Corps and in consideration for the assigru+�ent �, �
. � of Uzban Corps student interns to the ��qency, we do hereby ac7ree to the
� :.{ following terats and conditions:
,,�` 1. The Urban Corps shall have the right to approve or reject reauests `�
for stu3ent interns submitted by this ngency uoon forms provided for that �
� purpose by the Urban Corps.
�` 2. The Agency shall utilize such students as may be assiqned to it in �
accordance with the specifications set forth in its written reqvest to the
- � Urban Corps,.and shall iavnediately notify the Urban Corps of any change in
nature of assignment, duties, supervisor or work location. .

3. The Agency shall provide such students as may be assigned to it �.
- r�ith a saie place to work and with adequate respensible supe�rvision.

� � r 4. The Urban Corps shall have the right to inspect at any time the
' �rork being performed by such students as may be assig@� to the nqency,
-, � and shall have the right to intervie�a such students and their supervieors.

� or to appear at the Urban Corps office, individually or as a group, as shnll
be necessary for the proper functions of the program. j

� d. d��es not involve any partisan or nonpartisan political activity
� � associated with a c.ndidate, or contending faction or 9roup, in

� � I 7. The ngency shall require such students as may be assiqned io it
�� to suma:'*_ time reports and follow such other procedures as may be established
I' by the Urban Corps. -
� ^ � 8. The Urban Corps shall have the riqht to remove any student assigned
' � to tne Agency from said assignment and from the ]lgency at any tine for any
� ^ I ; reason without prior notice, and the Urban Corps shall not be obligated to -
� replace said student. .
