out of the Workmen' s Gompensation Account of the General Fund
in full settlement of his claim against the City of Saint Paul
for compensation resulting from his injury of January 3, 1970,
while employed by the Department of Public Safety, Bureau of
Police, whereby he suffered a 15d/o permanent partial disability
to his back and a 20f permanent partial disability to his left
knee; that of said sum, �6,991.43 is now due and payable.
