to Summit Avenue; in OXFORD STREET from Linwood Avenue to Osceola Avenue;
in VICTORIA STREET from Linwood Avenue to Fairmount Avenue; in GRAND AVENUE
from Milton Street to Victoria Street; in GOODRICH AVENUE from Chatsworth
Street to Milton Street; in OSCEOLA AVENUE from Oxford Street to Chatsworth
Street; in LINWOOD AVENUE from Chatsworth Street to Avon Street; and in
LOMBARD AVENUE from Benhill Road to Milton Street; all to be known as the
MILTON-ST. CLAIR STORM SEWER SYSTEM (S-1277) under Pretiminary Order No.
256166, approved October 27, 1971 •
RESOLVED, That all orders in the above matter be and the same are
hereby cancelled, annulled and rescinded and all proceedings in such matter
be discontinued.
