from Rice Street to Sylvan Avenue, all to be known as the PARK-IVY STORM
SEWER SYSTEM (S-1245).
RESOLVED, That all of the bids prepared, submitted and opened on May
3, 1972, are hereby rejected, and be it further
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications for the above named
improvement, as submitted by the Corrxnissioner of Public Works, under
Preliminary Order No. 255349, approved August 17, 1971 , and Final Order
No. 256781 , approved December 22, 1971 , are hereby approved and be it
fu rther
RESOLVED, That all holders of the previous plans for this improvement
will be furnished new contracts free of charge, and be it further
RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby directed to
1 advertise for bids on this improvement.
