WHEREAS, The City has entered into an Agreement on the 3rd
day of June, 1968� with Toltz, King, Duvall� Anderson and
Associates Incorporated, pertaining to the furnishing of Engineer-
ing Services to the Department of Public Works involving sewer
service agreements to suburban municipalities� which Agreement
has been amended in 1970 so as to increase the total sum of said
contract from $10,000.00 to $12,000.00; and
WHEREAS, The Department of Public Works now recommends that
the said Agreement be further amended to provide another $2.,000.00
for services to be rendered to the City involving the same program;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED� That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby approve the Second Amendment to the above-referenced
Agreement so as to authorize expenditure of sums not to exceed
$14,000.00 for the services contemplated therein, and the Ma.yor�
Commissioner of Public Works� City Clerk and Comptroller are hereby
authorized to execute said Amendment to Agreement on beha.lf of the
City of Saint Paul.
