WHEREAS� An Ordina.nce C. F. N�.5�53�, granting permission
to W. J. Ebertz, 2028 Upper Afton Road, Saint Paul, Minnesota
55119, to grade, surface and pave Ebertz Court from its Inter-
section with Battle Creek Road to a cul-de-sac approximately
400 feet from said intersection and, further, to construct public
sanitary sewer and service connections in said street ha.s been
prepared and introduced to the Council of t }_ty of Saint Paul,
and wi11 be adopted on MAY 2 4 1972 to b���t�.�a.11y on
JUN 2 6 1972 ; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED� Tha.t pending the said Ordinance becoming effective,
the Department of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed
to issue a permit to W. J. Ebertz to grade, surface and pave said
street, and construct public sewers in said location, subject to
th nditions and requirements as set out in Ordina.nce C. F.
No� �� pending before the Council of the City of Saint Paul;
informa approval of the construction of Ebertz Court, a public
street and all items incidental thereto being hereby given in an-
ticipation of the final adoption and approval of said Ordina.nce.
