WHEREAS, An Ordinance, C.F. No 25�528 , granting permission
to the Housing And Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul to recon-
struct a public sewer, to construct caissons, footings, a roadbed, and items
incidental thereto within a sewer easement in vacated Jenks Avenue from Edgerton
Street to 150 feet west of Payne Avenue, and to construct a roadbed tee turn
around in the westerly 30 feet of the remaining 150 feet of Jenks Avenue public
dedicated right-of-way, to service Payne Avenue, has been prepared and intro-
duced to the Council of the City of Saint Paul , and will be adopted on MAY 2 4 1972
to be effective eventually on JUN 26 157;�now, therefore, be it .
RESOLVED, That pending the said Ordinance becoming effective, the
Cortxnissioner of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed to issue a
permit to the Nousing And Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul
to reconstruct a public sewer, to construct caissons, footings, a roadbed, and
items incidental thereto within said sewer easement and to construct a roadbed
tee turn around in said portion of city dedicated right-of-way subj��.t,���h`7
same conditions and requirements as set out in Ordinance C.F. No. ,�,�
pending before the Council of the City of Saint Paul , informal approval of t�e
construction of the aforementioned items being hereby given in anticipation of
the final adoption and app�oval of said Ordinance.
