In the Matter of reconetracting the sidewalk and replace with integral curb and
sidewalk oa the south side of East Seventh Street from Ross Avenue to Barl Street and
by doing all other work Which is necessary and incidental to ccr�plete said i�prove�eat,
under Preliminary Order- 257906 approved April 3, 1972
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cou�il recommends is
ta reconstrnct the sidewalk and replace with integral curb and sideNalk on the south
side of Bast Seventh Street fra� Ross Aveaue to Earl Street and by doing all other verk
�ich is necessarq and iacidental to c�plete said i�rovemeat, except where it is
d�termi�ed good and sufficient poured side�alks no� exist,
with no alternatives, �nd that the estimated cost thereof is $ 4�90 ner 7 in ft for 5' pide valk
5.85 per lin ft for 6' wide walk
1.50 per sq foot for inte� curb 6 walk
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 30th day of
Ma�, 1972 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hail Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, sta,ting the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
