WHEREAS, An Ord i nance, C. F. N25843�, grant i ng permi ss ion
to the Rohlwill Development Corporation, 605 Minnesota Building, Saint
- Paul , Minnesota, 55101 , to construct, operate, and maintain an entrance
driveway and pe►-imeter parking lot drive on the easterly � of an existing
30 foot permanent sewer easement on Hazel Street produced, approximately
for a distance of 440 feet north of Suburban Avenue, has been prepared
and introduced to the Council of the City of St. Paul , and will be adopted
on May 17� 1972 to be effective eventually on June 19� 1972 �
now, therefore, be it
,
RESOLVED, That pending the said Ordinance becoming effective, the
Commissioner of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed to issue
a permit to the Rohlwill Development Corporation, to construct, operate,
and maintain an entrance driveway and perimeter parking lot drive on the
existing 30 foot permanent sewer easement, sub'ect to the same conditions and
requirements as set out in Ordinance C.F. No.�5R A�Q pending before the
Council of the City of St. �Paul , informal approva`� $ ��ie said construction
of said entrance driveway and perimeter parl�ing lot drive being hereby
given in ant'rcipation of the final adoption and approval of said Ordinance.
