1 WHEEREAS, The City of St. Pau3 is proposing the construction of Phalen Boulevard, a new roadway; and

3 WHEREAS, The proposed alignment requires construction of the Weshninster Junction Bridge, No. 62598
4 over the tracks of the Burlington Northern Sante Fe Railway Company (BNSF RR) and the Union Pacific
5 Railroad Company (UP RR); and
6
7 WI�REAS, The City and the railroads must enter into agreements as to permanent easements, temporary
8 construction easements, plans, specifications, and means and methods of construction; now therefore be it
9
10 RESOLVED, That we hereby authorize the proper City officials to enter into agreement with the BNSF RR
11 for the construction of the Westminster Junction Bridge, and be it further
12
13 RESOLVED, That we hereby authorize the proper City officials to enter into agreement with the UP RR for
14 the construction of the Westminster Junction Bridge.
