WHEREAS, Ordinan�e l�l'o. 3250 authorizes and provides
for overtime work, and
Wt�REAS, Z'he Clerk of Municipal Court has authorized
overtime work in his department during the period from
April 15, 1972 to April 28, 1972, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City Officials are hereby
authorized to pay the employees who perform such overtime
. work in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance lio.
