W1�RBAS, the final costs for the Seventh-Greenbrier Storm Sewer,
Comptroller's Contract L-7253, have been determined, and
WHBRI3AS, upoa final allocation of funds from which the above
improvement was to be paid, it was found that the amount originally
set up for its financing is insufficient to meet the final ccsts
and that an additional amount of $21.45 will be required, therefore,
be it�
RESOLVED, that the amouat of $21.45 be applied from the 1972
City's Share of Local Improvement Fund code 0920-461 to finance the
additional coat of the above improvement.
