WHEREAS, the Civic Center Authority, by resolution of its
Board of Commissioners , No. 395, has determined the necessity
for and authorized the employment of an independent consultant
for the development of a visual communications sy�tem for the
Saint Paul Civic Center Multipurpose Arena, now , therefore , be
it
RESOLVED, by the Counc il of the City of Saint Pau 1, that
it hereby concurs in and ratifies the action of the Civic Center
Authority in authorizing such employment , and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that pa yment for such services be author-
ized by the Cit y Comptroller from the Permanent Improvement
Revolving Fund, Code 6000-739.
