WHEREAS, the Civic Center Authority , by resolution of �s
Board of Commissioners , No. 436, has determined the necessity
for and authorized the employment of an independent eonsultant
for the preparation and development of bid drawings, plans and
specifications for stage rigging for the Saint Paul Civic Center
Multipurpose Arena, now, therefore , be it
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that
it hereby concurs in and ratifies the aetion of the Civic Center
Authority in authorizing such employ�e� and be it
FURTHER. RESOLVED, that payment for such services be author-
ized by the City Comptroller from the Permanent Improvement
Revolving Fund, Code 6000-739.
