The City Clerk informed our office tha.t the City Council laid
over until April 26 a resolution ratifying assessment for the
Griggs-Stanford Relief Sewer System for the purpose of receiving
an opinion from our office as to whether the proper�y owned by Mr.
Floyd Brenner and described as Lot A of Fulton' s Subdivision could
be deleted from the proposed storm sewer assessment.
After discussing this matter with the Valua.tion Engineer, it
is our opinion tha.t this property could not be deleted from the
proposed assessment inasmuch as a11 the factors indicate tha.t the
subject property is within the drainage area and does receive
benefit from the Griggs-Stanford Storm Relief Sewer.
