RESOLUTION OF ANNULMENT
WHEREAS, In the matter of conde�ning and taking an easement for slopes
in the grading and surfacing with bituminous material and constructing concrete
curb and gutter on Hillwood Court from the Cul-de-sac south of Hiliwood Drive
to Hillwood Drive (G-1999) under Preliminary Order C.F. No. 257943, approved
April 7, 1972,
RESOLVED, That the order in the above matter be and the same is hereby
cancelled, annulled and rescinded in its entirety.
