RESOLVED, That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized to execute Agreement between the City of Saint
Paul and First Trust Company, administrator of the estate
of Elizabeth Downey, who at the time of her death was the
sole owner of the property located at 572 Concordia in the
City of Saint Paul; said agreement providing that the cost
of razing and removing the hazardous structure at 572
Concordia, pursuant to Council -File 251030, be assessed
against the land.
