Code, by Land Ho. , as owner of the subject real estate,
situate in the City of Saint Paul, and described as follows:
Lots 34, 35, 42, and 43, and the
north 75 feet of Lot 27, J. W.
Bass Acre Lots;
that the provisions of said Zoning Code hereby are determined
and varied as and to the exten� necessary therefor, and that
the setback variance for said premises is hereby relaxed on
Edgemont Avenue so that the garage may be 3 ft. from the line
on Edgemont, that the building may be 22 ft. from Edgemont
instead of 27ft. , ancl the open parking may be 8'� ft. from
Fdg�mont instead of 13� ft. , so as to accommodate a 254-car
parking ].ot to be used in conjunction with apartments (special
use parking permit granted by Resolution CF 257684) , subject
to the condition that said appellant�, and their successors
and assigns, shall make due compliance with all applicable
provisio ns of municipal ordinances, state statutes and rules
and regulations of public authorities having cognizance.
