WHEREAS� The City Council ha.s previously authorized the
Depa.rtment of Public Safety and the Municipal Information System
to occupy and use the Fourth-floor space in the Public Utilities
Building at l00 East Tenth Street; and
WHEREAS� The Department of Public Safety has requested tha.t
it be granted the use of the additional space on the Fourth floor
upon the vacation of the premises thereof by the Municipal Infor-
mation System� and the Commissioner of Public Utilities concurs
in said request; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED� ' That the Department of Public Safety be and is
hereby granted the use of the Fourth-floor space, located in the
Public Utilities Building at 100 East Tenth Street� provided�
however� that the Municipal Information System may continue to
occupy its space allocated in said building for the remaining
time necessary to complete its operation.
