The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be prceeeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to cunde�n aad take atn ease�ent in the land necessary for the slo�ea, cuts and
fills, includiag right of removal ot lateral support fro�l.=subject land ar remainder
thereof, occasiomed by excavationa thereof or constreiction of slopea in the grading
aad surfacing with bituainous material the alle� ia Block 2, Ryan'a Subdivision of
Block 6, Rogers and Hendriak's Acre Lots to the Citv of St. Paul, Ramsey Caunty,
Minnesota, froe Orange 'Avenae tv jiheelock ParkNaq (G-2�03), in accordanee with the
blueprint hereto attaci�ed and made a p�rt hereof, t`Fie hatched pertions �howiag the

with no alternatives, and that the estimated coat thereof is $ 8�.00
Resolved Further, That a public heaxing be had on said improvement on the 16th day of
May, 1972 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Cauncil Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, sta.ting the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cast thereof as estimated.
