WHEREAS, Section 32 of Ordinance No. 3250 provides for a
Civil Service Board of Review, the members of which shall be
appointed by the Mayor, subject to the approval of the City Council;
and'
WHEREAS, a vacaricy has oceurred due to the untimely death
of Curtis J. Burns; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor has appointed Mr. Raymond J. Hogan,
20+�0 Margaret Street, Saint Pau1, � Minnesota, for the balance of
the term expiring June 30, 1975;
Now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the appointment of Mr. Raymond J. Hogan,
2040 Margaret Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota, to the Civil Service
Board of Review to fill the unexpired six-year term, expiring
June 30, 1975,' is hereby approved.
