RESOLVED, tha,t Angeline Abbott, widow of Wallace Abbott,
employee of the Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Fire
Protection, who died on February 22, 1972, from injuries sustained
July 27, 1968, while engaged in the performance of his duties,
be paid from the Worl�nen' s Gompensation Account of the General
Fund, the sum of �80.00 per week, payable every four weeks, commencing
February 22, 1972, and continuing during dependency, until the sum
of �35,000.00 shall have been paid, together with �1,000.00 for
funeral expenses incurred; that �640.00 in partial settlement,
to �nd ifn.cluding April 18, 1972, is now due and payable.
