Fund in full settlement of his claim against the City of Saint
Paul for compensation resulting from his injury of December 21,
1g71 , while employed by the Department of Public Safety, Bureau
of Fire Protection, whereby he suffered a 10� permanent partial
disability to his back; that of said sum��2,555.00 is now due
and payable.
