Resolved that permission be and is hereby granted to the Northwestern

Place buried telephone cable crossing an alley between Hamline
and Huron 70 feet south o� the south property line of Larpenteur
Avenue.
All work to be in accordance with the attached plans as apgroved.
The Telephone Company to pay cost of publication incident hereto.
