COUNC RESOLUTION—GENERAL FORM

WHEREAS� The Council of the City of Saint Paul, by its
Resolution, C. F. 257520, approved February 25, 1972, authorized
the submission of an Application for Grant to the Governor's Com-
mission on Crime Prevention and Control for the program "Effort
for Youth of the East Side (E.Y.E.S.)"; and
WHEREAS, The Governor�s Commission ha.s notified the City of
Saint Paul that the application ha.s been approved; now, therefore�
be it
RESOLVED� Tha.t the Council of the City of Saint Paul does here-
by authorize the proper City officers to execute on beha.lf of the '
City of Saint Paul Grant Agreement between the City and the Gov-
ernor's Commission on Crime Prevention and Control; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED� Tha.t the proper City officers are hereby
authorized and directed to execute on beha.lf of the City Operating
Agreement between the City and the Urban Yout}h Referral Center,
Inc. � whereby the Urban Youth Referral Center, Inc. � will act as
Subgrantee for the above Crime Commission Grant Program in accord-
ance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Grant
Agreement between the City and the Governor's Crime Commission and
t�.e terms and conditions set forth in the Operating Agreement.
