Preliminary Order No. 252649, approved February 24, 1971 and Final Order
No. 257530, approved March 1 , 1972;
Also in the matter of grading and surfacing with bituminous material and
constructing concrete curb and gutter on LUELLA STREET from Conway Street to
Cul-de-sac approximately 200 feet south of Conway Street, Also constructing
sewer for storm water purposes, Also constructing water service connections
(G-1606) under Preliminary Order No. 252651 , approved February 24, 1971 and
Final Order No. 257528, approved March l , 1g72
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications as submitted for the above
improvement be and the same are hereby approved, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and is hereby directed to
obtain bids for the improvements as per plans and specifications.
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and is hereby directed to
advertise for bids for the improvements.
