WHEREAS An Ord i nance C. F. No. �58���3
. , granting permission
to the Minnesota State Bank of Saint Paul to do removals and reconstruction
of items incidental to the relocation and rechannelization of a traffic
island in Plato Boulevard east of Robert Street to serve as a left turn
lane into the property of the bank, has been prepared and introduced to
the Council of the City of St. Paul , and will be adopted on May 3, 1972
to be effective eventually on June 5, 1972 ; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That pending the said Ordinance becoming effective, the
Commissioner of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed to issue
a permit to the Minnesota State Bank of Saint Paul for removal and
construction of said traffic island subject to t e t nditions and
requirements as set out in Ordinance C.F. No. u pending
before the Council of the City of St. Paul , informal approval of the
said removal and construction of said traffic island being hereby given
in anticipation of the final adoption and approval of said Ordinance.
