That the proper City officers are hereby � authorized and directed t�ay out of the Tort Liability Fuad 0035-420, to Mabel Peterson, the sum of $150.00, in full settlement of her claim of damages and in�uries sustained by , reason of a fall an a defective sidewalk at or near East Iowa Avenue, 300 feet West of White Bear Avenue, Saint Paul, Minnesota, on October 13, 1971. Section 2.
