Kristine Schweinler reported this is a license application for Liquvr On Sale, Liquor-Sunday, Restaurant (B), Entertainment (C), CigarettelTobacco, and Alarm Permit Licenses by LL Entertainment Services, Inc., doing business as the Lamplighter Lounge. These are the same licenses held by the previous owner. LIEP recommends approval pending final approval from Fire, Zoning and Environmental Health. (No one appeared that had objections to the license application.) Gerry Strathman stated he received a letter on March 22, 2002, from Ira Sklader, General Manager, Towers Management Company, whose primazy objections are as follows: 1) the Lamplighter empties beer bottles between I:00 and 2:00 p.m., which makes noise for the apariments facing that area, 2) peopie squeal their tires and make other noises when they leave the bau, wth "" to the residents, 3) there is trash from their patrons found in the tr ' -' _ . <,, mpmg of the __ Lanpigter gets blamed for a lot of it. Mr. Strathman asked is there security at closing time. NIr. Freih responded he tries to keep one bouncer in the parking lot after 10:00 p.m. to make sure people are not loitering. He will continue with that practice. Mr. Strathman asked is he willing to change his practice regazding dumping beer bottles. Mr. Freih responded they have already made arrangements to stop dumping garbage at 10:00 p.m. Mr. Strathman stated it is not necessary to make those formal conditions of the license. He asked Ms. Schweinler and Ms. Rozek if they thought it was necessary. They concurred. Gerry Strathman recommended approval of the license application. The meeting was adjourned at 3:07 p.m. rrn
