Dear Mayor Cohen:
Attached is a resolution to rescind the orders to reconstruct
sidewalk on the south side of E. MONTANA AVE. from Parkway Drive to
Payne Ave.
We wish to rescind this order, abutting a DX Service Station,
because the operator of the station was not notified of the pending
construction and the work at this time would cause a severe hardship.
The construction of the walk can be deferred for a few years until
the need increases.
