In the matter of the assessment of benefits and financing for the construction of the
improvements in the Phalen Area Neighborhood improvement Program, Minnesota
E2 in Census Tracts 9 and 10, also known as Phalen Area Code Enforcement Project,
lying west of Payae Avenue, South of Maryland Avenue, also west of Edgerton
Street, north of Maryland Avenue, being the Contract "A" Area of said
program.

The asaesament af benefits, cort and exueases for and in connection with
the above improvement havirig been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assesement satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said asseasment on the 23rd
day of Januarv, 1974 , at the hour of 10 o'cicek A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give natice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, sta.ting in�aid notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount aasesaed against the lot or lota of the particular
owner to whom the notice ia directed.
