release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City A,ttorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Lia.bility Fund 09070-420-000, to:
1. William T. Loder and Mary Jo Loder the sum of $45.20
in full settlement of their claim of damages susta.ined
on August 10, 1973, as more pa.rticularly set out in
a communication to the City Council on A.ugust 30, 1973.
2. State Farm Mutua.l Insurance Company the sum of $357 .19
in full settlement of its cla.im of damages susta.ined
on June 8, 1972, a.s more particularly set out in a,
communication to the City Council on June 15, 1973.

Claimant, William T. and Mary Jo Loder, were involved in
a.n accident with a Saint Paul police vehicle on August 10,
1973. Liability is on the part of the City. Expenses
a.re for the repair of the damaged vehicle. This office
approves the settlement of Mr. and Mrs. I;oder' s claim in
the amount of $45.20.
Claimant, State Farm Mutua,l Insurance Compa.ny' s insured
was involved in an accident with a Saint Paul Public Works
vehicle on June 8, 1973. Expenses a.re for the repair
of the damages vehicle. Lia.bility is on the part of the
City. This office appm ves the settlement of State Farm
Mutual Insurance Company' s claim in the amount of $357.19.
