$19.00 - LeClair Gray Lamb�rt, 63 South Avon Street, drawn on
Mi.dway National Bank on September 22, 1973.

Would you please issue a Miscel'.aneous Claim payable to: City of
St� Paul Tr�asury Division to rAimburse the Treasurers Cash as
authorized by Council Ffle 2094�7, dated October 24, 1962, Section II
(copy attached).
There is an addit�ional item whi��i is too large to reimburse under
the above ordinance. The check is in the amount of $106.00 drawn by
David L. Bourn, DBA Hollywood Premiere Searchlight Adv. Co. , Minneapolis,
drawn on Franklin National Bai.k, Minneapolis on June 9, 1973 for towing
and storing a searchlight. The check was returned because payment was
stopped. The case was brought to Conciliation Court and Mr. Bourn lost.
He then appealed Municipal Court for a jury trial. Municipal Court says
that this trial will not occur for approximately one year. Would you
please prepare a council resolution, wfth this information included,
authorizing your department Co issue a Miscellaneous claim for $106.00
to reimburse the Treasurers Cash.
