Ruth Street to a point 90.0 feet East of Germain Street; thence in an easement
(obtained) , from Larpenteur Avenue to Wakefield Lake, the centerline of s�id
easement being described as follows:
Beginning a[ a point that is the intersection of the centerline of Larpenteur �
Avenue and a line 90.0 feet East of the East line of Gersnain Street; thence
in a Northwesterly direction deflecting to the right 11 degrees and 40 minutes 1
a distance of 322.0 feet; thence, continuing in a Northwesterly direction,
deflecting to the right 5 degrees and 20 minutes,� a dfstance af 318.5 feet;
thence, continuing in a Northwesterly direction, deflecting to the right 25
degrees and 15 minutes, a distance of approximately 130 feet more or less to
the shoreline of Wakefield Lake.
Also, construct storm sewer in WHITE B�AR AVENUE from Larpenteur Avenue to Cali-

RESOLVED FURTHER, Tha.t a public heaxing be had an said assessment on the l�
day of December} 1973 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Ghamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give natice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time a.nd place of
� hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the aKnount assesaed againat the lot or lota of the particular
wner to whom the notice is directed.
