In the matter of the asseasment of benefits cost and expenses for reconstructing BURNS
AVSI�tUB from Johnson Parkway to 50 feet East of intersection of S.P.L. of Burns Avenue
and E.P.L. of Upper Afton Road as follows: construct curb; construct street, alley aad
driveway returns; construct a bitvminous surface; construct sewer, �ater and gas
service connections; construct a crossover between Point Douglas Road and Clarence Street
North of Burns Avenue; reconstruct a traffic coatrol system at T.H. 61; and do all other
work which ia necessary and incidental to coeaplete said improvement,

The asseasment af benefits, cost a�nd e#penses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said asseasment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said asseasment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
ftESOLVED FURTHER, That a public heaxing be had on said assesament on the : 19th
day of December, 1973 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Ghamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City�iof St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give natice of said meetings, as required by the Cha�{ter, sta.ting in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount asaessed against the lot or lota of the particular
owner to whom the notice ia directed.

the benefits conferred thereon; that the said aasessment has been completed, and that hereto attached,
identified by the signature of the eaid Co�mmiasioner, and made a part hereof, is the said asaessment as
completed by him, and which is herewith submitted to the Council for such action thereon as may be
considered proper.
