the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
a.nd found the sa.id assesament satisfactory, therefore, be it
ItESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
R.ESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had an said assessment on the 18th
day of December, 1973 , at the hour of 10 o'cicek A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give natice of said meetings, as required by the Chaxter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount asaessed against the lot or lota of the particular
- wner to whom the notice is directed.

the benefits conferred thereon; that the said asseasment has been completed, and that hereto attached,
identified by the signature of the said Commissioner, and�made a part hereof, is the said assessment as
com�pleted by him, and which is herewith submitted to tHe ncil r such action thereon as may be
considered proper.
