A-1-1 Dear Mr. Marshall: Attached to this letter is a copy of our letter to Mayor Lawrence D. Cohen, regarding the property at 570 Concordia Avenue. Due to limited funding, the Authority cannot purchase the subject property. In the half-block on Concordia between Dale and Kent, the Authority has acquired five of twelve parcels, The five parcels are only about one-fourth of the total land in this half-block on Concordia; therefore, the Authority does not own most of the remaind- er of the block.
