hereby grant the request of Independent School District No. 625,
tha.t the requirements of Cha.pter 228 of the Saint Paul Legislative
Code pertaining to signa.tures of property owners abutting on a
portion of streets sought to be vacated be and is hereby waived
as it relates to the petition of the School District for vacation
