RESOLVED, That Northwestern Bell Telephone Company be
given permission to instali and thereafter maintain a
buried cable along Capital Heights Boulevard starting
at a point 120 ft. N. of N. P/L of Como Avenue and
2 ft. W, of E. PIL of Capital Heights Boulevard, north-
erly for a distance of 87 ft. and then crossing Capital
Heights Boulevard to the W. P/L of Capital Heights
Boulevard as per approved application and plans.
Northwestern Bell Telephone Company shall pay cost of
publication incident hereto.
