WHEREAS, Section 361 of the Legislative Code requires
applications for Christmas tree licenses to be filed prior
to November 1 of each year; and
WHEREAS, The herein after-named applicant was negotiating
but not in posses�ion of a lease at the hereinafter-stated
property on November l ; .therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the City Clerk is authorized to accept
the application of Do�a�d R. Flemino for a Christma.s tree
license at 1221 Pier�e Butler Road.
