We will need a fmal report from the Department of Parks and Recreation on the project that outlines how the funds were expended and what was accomplished with the funds. ESNDC serres an important role as a cooperating agency working with the Division of Pazks and Recreation on this project. The Division of Pazks and Recreation will implement the project and will also provide the required matching funds documentation to the STAR of�ice. I believe that the Lower Phalen Creek Project will be a major asset to the community and is a very worthwhile use of ST'AR program money which I wholeheartedly supgort.
