The aaseasment o� benefits, �cost� aad expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement ha�ing been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered saane
and found the said a�sessment satiafactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the aaid assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.

RE�'OLVE�D FURTHER, That a public hearing be ha.d on said assessment on the llth
day of December, 1973 , , at th� hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give natice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount asse�sed against the lat or lots of the particul�r
owner to whom the notice is directed.

the benefits conferred thereon; that the said asaessment has been completed, and that hereto attached,
identified by the eignature of the said Commissioner, and made a part hereof, is the said assessment as
com4p�leted by him, and which is herewith submitted to the Council for such action thereon as may be
considered proper.
