The assessment a� benefits, cost and expenees for and in connection with
the above improvement ha:ving been submitted ta the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the aaid assessment satiafactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same ia hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVE�D FURTHER, That a public heaxing be ha.d an said assessment on the 12th
day of Dec�her� 1973 , , at the� hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the �ouncil Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Gommissioner of Finance
give natice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, sta.ting in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount assesaed against the lat or lots of the particular
owner to whom the notice is directed.

identified by the signature af.the said Coznmisaioner, and made a part hereof, is the sa.id asseasment as
com�leted by him, and which is herewith submitted to the Council for such action thereon as may be
considered proper.
