and found the said assessment satiafactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.

day of December, 1973 , at the hour of 10 o'cicek A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give natice of said meetings, as required by the Chaxter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount asaessed against the lot or lots of the particular
owner to whom the notice is directed.

benefited by the said improvement, and in the case of each lot,part or paxcel of la.nd in accordance with
the benefits conferred thereon; that the said asseasment has been completed, and that hereto attached,
identified by the eignature of the said Co�mmisaioner, and made a part hereof, is the said assessment as
completed by him, and which is herewith submitted to the Council for such action thereon as may be
conaidered proper.
