and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVE�D FURTHER., That a public hearing be had an sa.id assessment on the 12th
y of Decaaber, 1973 , , at th� hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council �Chaxnber of
the Court Houae and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give natice of said meeting�as req,uired by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount aasessed against the lot or lots of the particular
owner to whom the notice is directed.

the benefits conferred thereon; that the said asseasment has been completed, and that hereto attached,
identified by the signature of the said Commi.ssioner, and made a part hereof, is the said assessment as
coxn�leted by him, and which is herewith submitted to the Council for such action thereon as may be
considered proper.
