The asaessment�—��efitg, cost and exveases for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted ta the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said asseasment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be ha.d on said assessment on the��l th
ay of December, 1973 , , at th� hour of 10 o'cicek A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give natice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time a.nd place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount assessed against the lot or lots of'the particular ,
owner to whom the notice is directed.

the benefits conferred thereon; that the said ass�sment has been completed, and that hereto atta.ched,
identified by the signature of the eaid Cammissioner, and made a part hereof, is the said assessment as
coxnp�leted by him, and which is herewith aubmitted to the Council for such action thereon as may be
considered proper.
