RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-420-000, to:
l. Liberty Mutual Ins. Co., Emanuel M. Melaun and Ma.rsha
Melaun the sum of $190.84 in full settlement of their
claim of damages sustained on or about May 16, 1973,
as more particularly set out in a communication to
the City Council on June 13, 1973.
2. Margaret Poor and her attorney, Robert C. Hoene, the
sum of $380.00 in full settlement of their claim of
damages sustained on or about August 16, 1973, as
more particularly set out in a communication to the
City Council on A.ugust 28, 1973.

MEMORANDUM
CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
Claimant, Marsha Melaun, was involved in a.n accident with
a City of Saint Paul Public Works vehicle on May 16, 1973.
Liability is on the part of the City. Expenses are for
the repair of the damaged vehicle. This office approves
the settlement of Liberty Mutual Ins. Co. , Emanuel M. Melaun,
and Marsha Melaun' s claim in the amount of $190.84.
Claimant, Margaret Poor, wa� involved in an accident with
