RESOLVED� that the Council of the City of Sai�.t Paul
hereby concurs in and approves the reappointments and ap-
pointments , by the Mayo�, to the Long -R.ange Capital Improvement
Budget Committee , as follows : the reappointment of Otto Hummer
and Vincent Courtney for four-year terms to expire on September
30, 1977 ; the appointment of Catherine Piccolo to a four-year
term to expire on September 30, 197'7 ; and the appointment of
Adolf Tobler to fill the unexpired term of Patrick Donnelly,
said term to expire September 30, 1976.

To the Honorable Gouncil
of the City of Saint Paul :
Dear President Hunt and Council Members :
I herewith submit for your consideration a proposed resolution
of the Council confirming my reappointments and appointments to
the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee , as follows :
the reappointment of Otto Hummer and Vincent Courtney for
tour-year terms to expire September 30 , 1977 ; the appointment
of Catherine Piccolo to a four-year term to expire on
September 30 , 1977 ; and the appointment of Adolf Tobler to
fill the unexpired term of Patrick Donnelly , said term to expire
September 30 , 1976 .
Mr. Courtney and Chairman Otto Hummer have both served long and
well on the CIB , and their continued presence on the Committee will
ensure a wealth of knowledge and experience . Mr . Tobler, as you
know, was on the Committee at one time and has extensive knowledge
in the various areas involved in the CIB deliberations .
Finally , Catherine Piccolo, as you may know, is the president of
the East Seventh Street Businessmen 's Association, and is highly
active in our community. She has been recommended to me by several
knowledgeable citizens , and she would undoubtedly make a valuable
contribution to the CIB Committee.
