RESOLVID: That Application M 101�33 for Class C3-Drive-In Restaurant and Cigarette licenses,
applied for by the Fast Food Systems (�orporation) at 201�5 Marshall Avenue, be
and the same are hereby granted, subject to the following conditions:
1. That a tight fence, approximately 6 feet, 6 inches in height
be constructed and maintained along the alley or north property
line of the restaurant from the north corner of the building to the
northeast and northwest corners of the property.
2. That an additional door be constructed and maintained on the east side
of the building so that delivery service will be possible from Marshall
Avenue or south side.
3. That the outdoor floodlightino will be directed or shielded in such a
way so that there will be no direct rays shining on the residences to
the north of the restaurant.
4. That the operation has no plan to employ car hops, and further subject:
